Joe Lupo, CPA
Managing Partner
Joe values integrity and loyalty. He is a proud family man with over 30 years of proven tax and accounting experience. When he's not serving clients, you can find Joe watching his favorite sports teams and enjoying time with his wife, four children, and Luca; the family dog and his "favorite child".

Justine DeFluri
Senior Accounting Manager
Prior to joining the firm, Justine acquired a B.S. in Business Administration and served as an accounting clerk, cost accountant, and financial analyst at various companies. Since 2015,
Justine has worked closely with the J.R. Lupo accounting team to advise her individual and business clients in streamlining their accounting processes. Outside of the office, she enjoys
time with her husband and 3 wonderful children, as well as, volunteering in the schools, staying active, and escaping to the Jersey Shore each summer.

Stephanie Lupo
Senior Accountant
Stephanie acquired her knack for accounting from her Father, Joe. After getting a degree in business and working for various companies, she decided to make the move to the family business. When she's not crunching numbers, Stephanie enjoys spending time at the shore, traveling with friends, and hanging out with her family.

Jessica McDonald
Senior Accountant
Prior to joining J.R. Lupo CPA, Jessica worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb in Office Services for 11 years. Over the years, she has volunteered in schools and served on several committees. Outside the office, Jessica enjoys time with her husband, sons, staying active and walking her dog, Zoe.

Joe Lupo
Business Development
Joe grew up while his father was starting the firm. After acquiring his MBA from Rutgers University and working in a Big-4 public accounting firm, Joe decided to take his experience and join the family to help grow the business. Outside of the firm, Joe runs a software start- up and is an avid sports fan.

Luci
Head of Office Wellness
Luci discovered her love for numbers when she would count her tennis balls each night after a long day of playing. If one was missing and her numbers didn’t “reconcile,” it would drive her crazy! Her love of accounting was born. In addition to tennis balls, Luci loves long walks with her mom, her grandparent’s pool and stylish bandanas. She’s no fan of baths but she’s a good girl so she takes them anyway.
