Prior to joining the firm, Justine acquired a B.S. in Business Administration and served as an accounting clerk, cost accountant, and financial analyst at various companies. Since 2015, Justine has worked closely with the J.R. Lupo accounting team to advise her individual and business clients in streamlining their accounting processes. Outside of the office, she enjoys time with her husband and 3 wonderful children, as well as, volunteering in the schools, staying active, and escaping to the Jersey Shore each summer.

Stephanie acquired her knack for accounting from her Father, Joe. After getting a degree in business and working for various companies, she decided to make the move to the family business. When she's not crunching numbers, Stephanie enjoys spending time at the shore, traveling with friends, and hanging out with her family.

Joe grew up while his father was starting the firm. After acquiring his MBA from Rutgers University and working in a Big-4 public accounting firm, Joe decided to take his experience and join the family to help grow the business. Outside of the firm, Joe runs a software start-up and is an avid sports fan.
